August 2019, the height of summer was the season for our lovely couple Francesca and Alex’s wedding.
Set at our favourite Venue in the Cotswolds, the beautiful Lapstone Barn in Chipping Camden. Its rustic and traditional as you’d expect a barn to be, but its modern with it’s floor to ceiling glass, flooded with light and just the ultimate in classic Cotswold wedding venues.
Francesca and Alex’s wedding invites are a perfect example of how you can still achieve the wow factor and elegance – without hot foiling.
PocketFold style wedding invitations are a sumptuous and luxurious style that, with the right design, will never fail to stand out from the crowd.
The theme was blush and floral, with a soft and delicate tone to be included throughout the entire suite. We took inspiration from their flower choices for the big day and used this to create the back drop to the pocket fold, flowing through to the info, details and rsvp sheets. All wrapped up in a nude coloured pocket fold and held together with a belly band. A hint of a blush water colour wash and Francesca’s and Alex’s initials and the date of the wedding day finish the invite suite perfectly.
Gentle and subtle in design, yet they exude elegance and style – we loved them.
For the Day Stationery, we kept the colour pallet throughout, with a travel theme for the Table Plan and Table Names.
Each table was a different place the couple had been together. Its always a beautiful way to give your guests a real insight into your lives and who you are.
